An economist who works on the convergence points of economic theory, public policy, and artificial intelligence. He has spent over eight years building models that governments and public institutions use to make consequential decisions, arguing throughout that rigorous economics and modern computation were never meant to be separate disciplines.
Software development, economics and policy experience means that forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, fiscal and regulatory impact, and policy evaluation are all covered with rigour.
That work has spanned energy and net-zero, climate finance, labour markets, and tourism, for public institutions in the United Kingdom and the Gulf — from national climate-investment funds and workforce recruitment models to the geopolitical-risk and fiscal analysis that shapes how a city answers a crisis. Trained as an economist, he reaches for whatever the question demands: econometrics and time-series forecasting, agent-based models, machine learning, and large language models all turned toward impactful analytical work.
Today he builds the tools that put analytical capability directly in decision-makers' hands — pairing the traditional economist's toolkit with the modern computational one, and building software institutions can rely on rather than admire from a distance.
